HSR1, or Guanine nucleotide binding protein-like 1, is a human gene encoded by GNL1. It may also be known as: Guanine nucleotide-binding protein-like 1; GTP-binding protein HSR1. The encoded protein has an amino acid length of 607 and a mass of 68.7 kDa. HSR1 is a member of the TRAFAC class YlqF/YawG GTPase family. Homologs of this gene exist in other organisms, including: Mouse, Rat, Arabidopsis, Zebrafish, Frog, Chicken.
