Anti-FANCD1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The FANCD1 antigen is another term for the human protein BRCA2 DNA repair associated, encoded by the BRCA2 gene. The protein is known to be involved in double-strand break repair and/or homologous recombination. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 3418 residues and a mass of 384.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm. Other alias names for FANCD1 include BRCC2, BROVCA2, and FACD. Western Blot is the most common application for the FANCD1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
