Anti-BPES antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The BPES antigen is another term for the human protein forkhead box L2, encoded by the FOXL2 gene. The protein is a reported transcriptional regulator. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 376 residues and a mass of 38.8 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is expressed in the endometrium and ovary. Other alias names for BPES include BPES1. Western Blot is a widely used application for the BPES antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
