Anti-APK1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target APK1 is a known alias name of the protein ecto-NOX disulfide-thiol exchanger 2, encoded by the ENOX2 gene in humans. This 610-amino acid residue protein is suspected to be involved in cell growth. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for APK1 include COVA1 and tNOX. Indicated applications for APK1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
