Anti-BMP3B antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target BMP3B is a known alias name of the protein growth differentiation factor 10, encoded by the GDF10 gene in humans. This 478-amino acid residue protein is known to be a growth factor involved in osteogenesis and adipogenesis. The protein is secreted and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in femur, brain, lung, skeletal muscle, pancreas and testis. Other synonyms for BMP3B include BIP, BIP, and BMP-3b. Indicated applications for BMP3B antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
