Anti-GRB1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GRB1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PIK3R1 gene, which encodes phosphoinositide-3-kinase regulatory subunit 1. This protein is known to function in B cell differentiation and insulin signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of GRB1 has a canonical amino acid length of 724 residues and a protein mass of 83.6 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include AGM7 and IMD36. Western Blot is the most common application for the GRB1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
