Anti-CDEP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CDEP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the FARP1 gene, which encodes FERM, ARH/RhoGEF and pleckstrin domain protein 1. This protein is known to function in cytoskeleton organization, among other biological roles. The human version of CDEP has a canonical amino acid length of 1045 residues and a protein mass of 118.6 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane and cytoplasm of cells. This target antigen may also be known as FARP1-IT1. Indicated applications for CDEP antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
