Anti-CTLA1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CTLA1 is a known alias name of the protein granzyme H, encoded by the GZMH gene in humans. This 246-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the apoptotic pathway and proteolysis, among other biological processes. In terms of tissue expression, it is notably expressed in NK cells. Indicated applications for CTLA1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
