Anti-90K antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The 90K antigen is another term for the human protein galectin 3 binding protein, encoded by the LGALS3BP gene. The protein is reported to promote integrin-mediated cell adhesion. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 585 residues and a mass of 65.3 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the extracellular matrix and is secreted. It is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other alias names for 90K include BTBD17B and CyCAP.
