Anti-CEP1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CEP1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CNTRL gene, which encodes centriolin. This protein is known to function in the cell cycle, among other biological roles. The human version of CEP1 has a canonical amino acid length of 2325 residues and a protein mass of 268.9 kilodaltons, although 5 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for CEP1 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
