Anti-bTRCP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the bTRCP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the BTRC gene, which encodes beta-transducin repeat containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of bTRCP has a canonical amino acid length of 605 residues and a protein mass of 68.9 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include BETA-TRCP, FBW1A, and FBXW1. Indicated applications for bTRCP antibodies listed below include Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
