Anti-CD85d antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CD85d antigen is another term for the human protein leukocyte immunoglobulin like receptor B2, encoded by the LILRB2 gene. The protein is a known receptor for class I MHC antigens. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 597 residues and a mass of 65 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is reported to be expressed in monocytes and at lower levels in myeloid and plasmacytoid dendritic cells. Other alias names for CD85d include ILT-4 and ILT4.
