Anti-SPT7L antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The SPT7L antigen is another term for the human protein SPT7 like, STAGA complex subunit gamma, encoded by the SUPT7L gene. The protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 414 residues and a mass of 46.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is notably expressed at high levels in adenocarcinomas and gliomas and low in esophageal cancers and malignant hematological disease. Other alias names for SPT7L include STAF65 and STAF65(gamma).
