Anti-Mex3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Mex3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MEX3D gene, which encodes mex-3 RNA binding family member D. The human version of Mex3 has a canonical amino acid length of 651 residues and a protein mass of 64.9 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types.
