Anti-RIA1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the RIA1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ELF1 gene, which encodes E74 like ETS transcription factor 1. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of RIA1 has a canonical amino acid length of 619 residues and a protein mass of 67.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include EFTUD1 and EFTUD1. Indicated applications for RIA1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
