Anti-NEDL1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NEDL1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the HECW1 gene, which encodes HECT, C2 and WW domain containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase 1. This protein is known to function in the regulation of Wnt signaling pathways and protein ubiquitination, among other biological roles. The human version of NEDL1 has a canonical amino acid length of 1606 residues and a protein mass of 179.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells.
