Anti-PAPST2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PAPST2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SLC35B3 gene, which encodes solute carrier family 35 member B3. This protein is known to mediate the transport of adenosine 3'-phospho 5'-phosphosulfate (PAPS), from cytosol into Golgi. The human version of PAPST2 has a canonical amino acid length of 401 residues and a protein mass of 44.6 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the Golgi of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include C6orf196 and CGI-19. Indicated applications for PAPST2 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
