Anti-CCR2A antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene CCR2, or 'C-C motif chemokine receptor 2' in humans. The 374-amino acid protein is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 family. The cellular localization is predicted to be membrane-associated. Glycosylation sites have been reported.
