Anti-Nup88 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein nucleoporin 88. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 741 amino acid residues and a mass of 83.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. NUP88 is known to be a component of nuclear pore complex. Synonyms for this target antigen include nuclear pore complex protein Nup88, karyoporin, nuclear pore complex protein 88, nucleoporin 88kDa, nucleoporin Nup88, and FADS4.
