Anti-Tripartite motif containing 33 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene TRIM33 in humans. The gene may also be known as TIF1G, ECTO, PTC7, RFG7, TF1G, E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase TRIM33, and RET-fused gene 7 protein. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 122.5 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
