Anti-CSE1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CSE1 antigen is another term for the human protein chromosome segregation 1 like, encoded by the CSE1L gene. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 971 residues and a mass of 110.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is notably expressed in the brain, placenta, ovary, testis and trachea. The CSE1 protein is a member of the XPO2/CSE1 protein family. Other alias names for CSE1 include CAS and XPO2. Western Blot is the most common application for the CSE1 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
