Anti-RB binding protein 4, chromatin remodeling factor antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene RBBP4 in humans. The gene may also be known as mRbAp48, RbAp48, NURF55, lin-53, histone-binding protein RBBP4, and CAF-1 subunit C. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 47.7 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
