Anti-ZNF652 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 652. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 606 amino acid residues and a mass of 69.7 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is reported to be widely expressed with higher expression in breast, prostate, vulva and pancreas. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF652 is known to function as a transcriptional repressor. ZNF652 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ZNF652 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
