Anti-GAGE4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein G antigen 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 117 amino acid residues and a mass of 13 kDa. It is reported to be expressed in a variety of tumor tissues but not in normal tissues, except testis. It is a member of the GAGE protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include cancer/testis antigen 4.4, cancer/testis antigen family 4, member 4, and CT4.4. ELISA is the most common application for the GAGE4 antibodies listed below. Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
