Anti-Pspla1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Pspla1 is a known alias name of the protein phospholipase A1 member A, encoded by the PLA1A gene in humans. This 456-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the metabolism of lipids, among other biological processes. The protein is secreted and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. The term PS-PLA1 is another synonym for Pspla1.
