Anti-CD33L3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CD33L3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SIGLEC15 gene, which encodes sialic acid binding Ig like lectin 15. This protein is known to function in cytoskeleton organization, among other biological roles. The human version of CD33L3 has a canonical amino acid length of 328 residues and a protein mass of 35.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane of cells. CD33L3 is a member of the SIGLEC (sialic acid binding Ig-like lectin) protein family.
