Anti-PPK antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PPK is a known alias name of the protein kallikrein B1, encoded by the KLKB1 gene in humans. This 638-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in proteolysis, among other biological processes. The protein is secreted and features glycosylated post-translational modifications.
