Anti-PLDL1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PLDL1 is a known alias name of the protein phospholipase C like 1 (inactive), encoded by the PLCL1 gene in humans. This 1095-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in an inositol phospholipid-based intracellular signaling cascade. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in a variety of fetal and adult organs including brain, lung and kidney. Other synonyms for PLDL1 include PLCE and PLCL. Indicated applications for PLDL1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
