Anti-PAP2c antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PAP2c is a known alias name of the protein phospholipid phosphatase 2, encoded by the PLPP2 gene in humans. This 288-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the metabolism of lipids and signal transduction pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the ER and cell membrane of the cell and features N-glycosylated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for PAP2c include LPP2, LPP2, and PAP-2c. Indicated applications for PAP2c antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
