Anti-HA2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HA2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the KRT32 gene, which encodes keratin 32. This protein is known to function in epidermis development and epithelial cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of HA2 has a canonical amino acid length of 448 residues and a protein mass of 50.3 kilodaltons. HA2 is a member of the Intermediate filament protein family. A number of HA2 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
