Anti-GLD2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GLD2 is a known alias name of the protein terminal nucleotidyltransferase 2, encoded by the TENT2 gene in humans. This 484-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in hematopoietic progenitor cell differentiation and brain development, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in the brain. Indicated applications for GLD2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
