Anti-SNAT5 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SNAT5 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SLC38A5 gene, which encodes solute carrier family 38 member 5. This protein is a reported symporter that cotransports neutral amino acids and sodium ions, coupled to an H(+) antiporter activity. The human version of SNAT5 has a canonical amino acid length of 472 residues and a protein mass of 51.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the pancreas and testis. SNAT5 is a member of the Amino acid/polyamine transporter 2 protein family. Indicated applications for SNAT5 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
