Anti-P2P-R antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target P2P-R is a known alias name of the protein RB binding protein 6, ubiquitin ligase, encoded by the RBBP6 gene in humans. This 1792-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in DNA damage pathways and DNA replication, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the placenta and testis. Other synonyms for P2P-R include MY038 and PACT. Indicated applications for P2P-R antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
