Anti-NCOAT antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target NCOAT is a known alias name of the protein O-GlcNAcase, encoded by the OGA gene in humans. This 916-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in metabolic processes, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell and features cleaved post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is ubiquitously expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for NCOAT include MEA5 and MGEA5. Indicated applications for NCOAT antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
