Anti-GEMIN3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GEMIN3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DDX20 gene, which encodes DEAD-box helicase 20. This protein is known to function in the regulation of cell proliferation and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of GEMIN3 has a canonical amino acid length of 824 residues and a protein mass of 92.2 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the ovary and testis. Other names for this target antigen include DP103 and DP103. Indicated applications for GEMIN3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
