Anti-TPD54 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The TPD54 antigen is another term for the human protein TPD52 like 2, encoded by the TPD52L2 gene. The protein is known to function in carbohydrate metabolism and homeostasis and the regulation of cell proliferation, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 206 residues and a mass of 22.2 kilodaltons. It is widely expressed in many tissue types. The TPD54 protein is a member of the TPD52 protein family. Other alias names for TPD54 include D54 and tumor protein D54. Indicated applications for TPD54 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
