Anti-ZNF200 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 200. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 395 amino acid residues and a mass of 45.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be highly expressed in the testis, weakly expressed in spleen, thymus, prostate, ovary, small intestine colon and peripheral blood leukocytes. ZNF200 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the ZNF200 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
