Anti-CD37 molecule antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene CD37 in humans. The gene may also be known as GP52-40, TSPAN26, leukocyte antigen CD37, and cell differentiation antigen 37. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 31.7 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
