Anti-CD11d antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CD11d is a known alias name of the protein integrin subunit alpha D, encoded by the ITGAD gene in humans. This 1161-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell adhesion and cell matrix adhesion, among other biological processes. It is localized to the membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for CD11d include ADB2 and integrin alpha-D. Indicated applications for CD11d antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
