Anti-ZNF277 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 277. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 450 amino acid residues and a mass of 52.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. A member of the ZNF277 protein family, ZNF277 is a suspected transcription factor. Synonyms for this target antigen include ZNF277P, nuclear receptor-interacting factor 4, zinc finger protein (C2H2 type) 277, zinc finger protein 277 pseudogene, and NRIF4. ZNF277 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These ZNF277 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
