Anti-Unrip antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Unrip antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the STRAP gene, which encodes serine/threonine kinase receptor associated protein. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription and the regulation of cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of Unrip has a canonical amino acid length of 350 residues and a protein mass of 38.4 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include MAWD and PT-WD. Indicated applications for Unrip antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
