Anti-TRM1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TRM1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TRMT1 gene, which encodes tRNA methyltransferase 1. The human version of TRM1 has a canonical amino acid length of 659 residues and a protein mass of 72.2 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. TRM1 is a member of the Trm1 protein family.
