Anti-RIZ1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RIZ1 is a known alias name of the protein PR/SET domain 2, encoded by the PRDM2 gene in humans. This 1718-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the regulation of transcription, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in retinoblastoma cell lines and in the brain tumors. Other synonyms for RIZ1 include HUMHOXY1, KMT8, and KMT8A. Indicated applications for RIZ1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
