Anti-ISWI antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ISWI is a known alias name of the protein SWI/SNF related, matrix associated, actin dependent regulator of chromatin, subfamily a, member 1, encoded by the SMARCA1 gene in humans. This 1054-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in brain development and chromatin remodeling, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. Some ISWI antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
