Anti-IL3RB antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target IL3RB is a known alias name of the protein colony stimulating factor 2 receptor subunit beta, encoded by the CSF2RB gene in humans. This 897-amino acid residue protein is a reported cell surface receptor that plays a role in immune response and controls the production and differentiation of hematopoietic progenitor cells into lineage-restricted cells. It is localized to the membrane of the cell and features phosphorylated and glycosylated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for IL3RB include CD131, CD131, and CDw131. Western Blot is the most common application for the IL3RB antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
