Anti-RBM9 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target RBM9 is a known alias name of the protein RNA binding fox-1 homolog 2, encoded by the RBFOX2 gene in humans. This 390-amino acid residue protein is reported to be a RNA-binding protein that regulates alternative splicing events by binding to 5'-UGCAUGU-3' elements. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for RBM9 include FOX2, Fox-2, and HNRBP2. Indicated applications for RBM9 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
