Anti-CysLT2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CysLT2 is a known alias name of the protein cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 2, encoded by the CYSLTR2 gene in humans. This 346-amino acid residue protein is a known receptor for cysteinyl leukotrienes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be widely expressed, with highest levels in the heart, placenta, spleen, peripheral blood leukocytes and adrenal gland. Indicated applications for CysLT2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
