Anti-SERCA3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SERCA3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ATP2A3 gene, which encodes ATPase sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum Ca2+ transporting 3. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and the transport of ions, among other biological roles. The human version of SERCA3 has a canonical amino acid length of 999 residues and a protein mass of 109.3 kilodaltons, although 7 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and ER of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase 3. Indicated applications for SERCA3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
