Anti-Mlp1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The Mlp1 antigen is another term for the human protein ATP binding cassette subfamily C member 6, encoded by the ABCC6 gene. The protein is reported to be an aTP-dependent transporter of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) family that actively extrudes physiological compounds, and xenobiotics from cells. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 1503 residues and a mass of 164.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is reported to be expressed in the kidney and liver. The Mlp1 protein is a member of the ABCC protein family.
