Anti-Golgin 245 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The Golgin 245 antigen is another term for the human protein golgin A4, encoded by the GOLGA4 gene. The protein is known to be involved in vesicular trafficking at the Golgi apparatus level. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 2230 residues and a mass of 261.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane, Golgi, and cytoplasm and it is widely expressed in many tissue types.
